What I do at Pinpoint

Hi, I'm Freddie and I run our Revenue Operations function at Pinpoint. 

Our goal is to develop the Pinpoint Go-To-Market engine to support scale, targeting growth across the customer lifecycle and aligning teams around revenue goals. If we keep customer experience of the heart of our problem solving, then we can never go far wrong. 

To make this happen, it's all about working cross-functionally and building excellent relationships across the business; from product and engineering, to sales, finance, marketing and customer success. 

Who am I?

As a RevOps leader I care about building GTM functions that are ready for anything. 

I've worked in SaaS startups in a range of industries and different stages; from bootsrapped to Series A. The common theme for me is a love of problem solving; the more challenging the better.

I try to create high-trust environments wherever I am, and am a firm believer that mutual trust creates the best performing (and happiest!) teams. 

I'm always striving for growth, whether that be tackling new challenges in the workplace or taking up a new hobby. There's always more to learn!

Advice for prospective candidates

Ask questions...! No, really. I look to hire people who are keen to challenge and will help to shape the future of Pinpoint for the better. 

As a manager I care about:

  • Taking ownership (and running with things!)
  • Not being afraid to ask for help
