Hi, I'm Emily and I'm the Senior Growth Marketing Manager here at Pinpoint.

I’m here to help Pinpoint stand out in a sea of recruitment tech products—and ultimately bring in revenue for the business.

Demand generation is as much about educating prospects on why they need a solution in the first place as it is convincing them that we are the solution. A lot of my work is about trying things, failing, learning from it and trying something else—that’s how growth happens!

I love working in growth because it's the ideal mix of data-driven and creative marketing.

I’ve previously held Growth roles at Otta, a job platform that matches candidates with jobs in tech, and childcare tech startup Koru Kids. I've also worked in the marketing teams at a London-based luxury travel brand and an Australian activewear brand. I have experience in retail management and, quite unusually, I used to be a performer on cruise ships.

I'm motivated by getting results and seeing the impact of the work I've done. One of the trickiest parts of working in marketing is measuring results in the best way, but when we get it right and the business is hitting its goals, I'm happy.
