We're looking for an account executive to join our growing sales team in Jersey. The role is focused on selling Pinpoint to businesses across the United Kingdom and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Working as the first dedicated sales team member for Pinpoint, your responsibilities will be varied. Your main focus will be to engage with the leads generated by our digital marketing campaigns and partner program, providing market education, support and completing a consultative sales process with prospects. You'll also research the market, sourcing targeted cold prospects that fit our sales criteria, create outreach strategies and identify additional sales opportunities.

You'll also work closely with the product team, taking feedback from sales calls and meetings with prospects and using it to help shape the product roadmap.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

We're looking for people that are passionate about what we do and that can quickly understand / reverse-engineer a prospect's business, shaping the sales message to their specific requirements.

We don't require candidates to have prior sales experience (although relevant experience is a plus), but all applicants should:
  • Have excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Have a client-first mentality and genuinely care about our clients
  • Be fantastic listeners and know how to ask the right follow-up questions
  • Understand how to tell compelling stories that offer valuable perspectives
  • Have extremely good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Be proactive - continuously improving both their sales skills and knowledge of the market in which we operate (HR / Recruitment)
