Sales Leadership (Part 2)
A continued conversation with our Chief Revenue Officer and Global Sales Manager. They will focus on your experiences and approach to sales management. Be prepared to discuss your strategies for managing both your own pipeline and a team of reps, as well as your approach to forecasting, coaching, and performance management.
We're interested in hearing about your experience with challenging situations, such as turning around underperforming reps, scaling your management approach as teams grow, and closing complex deals. Come ready to share specific examples that demonstrate your problem-solving skills and adaptability.
We'll also delve into your leadership style, including how you set expectations, provide feedback, and foster collaboration within and across teams. Be prepared to discuss your approach to continuous learning and how you plan to quickly adapt to Pinpoint's unique product and remote work environment.
Throughout the interview, we encourage you to not only share your past experiences but also to articulate how you would apply your skills and knowledge to address the specific challenges and opportunities at Pinpoint. We're looking for high-level strategic thinking combined with practical, hands-on management expertise.
- Stage 4
Mock Discovery Call and Demo
For the final stage in the process, we will ask you to conduct a mock Pinpoint demo for our Global Sales Manager, Chief Revenue Officer, and CEO. We want to give you the chance to get to know our product better and ensure you're confident it's something you believe in (and can sell!), and we'd like to understand how you'd present it to our potential future customers.Â
Â
We’ll provide clear instructions with some helpful resources and promise not to take up hours and hours of your time. If you’ve got to this stage, we’re all pretty invested in moving you forward, and we want to make sure (a) you enjoy working with us and (b) we enjoy working with you. Â
- Stage 5
Final Onsite Interview
We'll invite you to spend half-a-day with other members of the Sales and Marketing team, in London. More details to follow.Â
