Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Initial Chat
During our conversation, Mike will discuss your job search, interest in Pinpoint, and briefly review your work history. The interview will primarily focus on understanding how well you can thrive in our unique startup environment and your alignment with our company values.
- Stage 2
Hiring Manager
This will be an interview with you and your potential future manager. We’ll be looking to understand more about your experience, how that fits the role, and what you hope to gain from your time at Pinpoint.
Â
We’ll be transparent and honest. Nothing’s off the table. So if you have questions from the last call, please ask them. This whole process is as much about you qualifying us as it is about us qualifying you.
- Stage 3
Presentation
For the final step in our process, we will ask you to complete a small paid project and present it during a final interview with Chief Customer Officer, Andy, and CSM Team Lead, Harry.
We'll provide you with clear written instructions, ensuring not to occupy a significant amount of your time. As a gesture of fairness and respect for your efforts, we will compensate you for your time.
If you’ve got to this stage, we’re all pretty invested in moving you forward and we want to make sure you enjoy working with us, and we enjoy working with you. Â

In the final stage of the process, you'll meet with our CEO, Tom. This is an opportunity for you to inquire about Pinpoint's long-term plans, current challenges, and the impactful role you're set to play.Â
Tom will explore your goals during your time at Pinpoint and assess your ability to thrive in our working environment, emphasizing alignment with our company values.
Finally, this will be your chance to address any lingering questions or concerns you may have regarding the company or your role.
