Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Initial Chat

30 minutes with our Head of Talent, Mike Bradshaw.

In this introductory chat, Mike will dive into your job search, your interest in Pinpoint, and provide a brief review of your work history. This conversation will focus on assessing how well you could thrive in our dynamic startup environment and how closely you align with our company values.
Stage 2

Portfolio Presentation

This is an opportunity for you to showcase your portfolio and walk the Head of Design and our Product Delivery Manager through some of your past work. We’re interested in understanding the thought processes behind your projects, your approach to design and collaboration, and how your experience aligns with this role.

We value transparency and openness—so feel free to ask any questions you have, whether about the team, the role, or feedback from the previous call. This process is as much about you assessing us as it is about us assessing you.

Please be prepared to share your screen via Zoom to present your portfolio. If you have any technical concerns, let us know in advance, and we’ll assist you.
Stage 3

Panel Interview

This is an opportunity to meet with our CTO and VP of Engineering, alongside the Head of Design. In this panel interview, we’ll explore how you approach collaboration across disciplines, solve complex problems, and contribute to cross-functional teams.

Building on your earlier conversation with the Head of Design, we’ll dive deeper into how your skills and mindset align with our vision and how you’d partner with design, engineering, and leadership to deliver impactful outcomes.

We encourage open dialogue, so please don’t hesitate to ask any questions about the role, the team, or anything else on your mind. This is a mutual exploration to ensure the best fit for both you and us.
Stage 4

Final

In the final stage of the process, you'll meet with a member of our executive team.

This meeting is designed to explore your goals at Pinpoint, assess your alignment with our values, and evaluate your ability to thrive in our dynamic working environment.

It’s also an opportunity to discuss how you can apply your skills effectively, adapt to challenges, and contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.

Additionally, you’ll have the chance to inquire about Pinpoint's long-term plans, current challenges, and vision for the future, while addressing any questions or concerns you may have about the company or your role.
