Stage 1

Informal Chat

A 30-minute conversation with our Head of Talent, Mike to discuss your interest in the role and experience, with an opportunity to ask questions about us.

We will provide clear next steps and a timeline and will always follow up with you shortly afterward.
Stage 2

Hiring Manager Interview

This is an opportunity to meet with our VP of Marketing and Director of Partnerships. In this interview, we’ll dive deeper into your experience, focusing on how you approach building and managing partnerships, collaborating across teams, and driving impactful outcomes.

We’re keen to understand how your skills and mindset align with the role, as well as how you’d contribute to fostering strong partnerships and supporting our overall business growth.

We encourage open dialogue, so feel free to ask any questions you have about the role, the team, or anything else on your mind. This process is as much about you assessing us as it is about us assessing you.
Stage 3

Executive

This will be an interview with the Chief Revenue Officer, Pete Van Neste.

This stage is designed to evaluate how your work history and experience translate into thriving within Pinpoint’s unique environment—a high-growth startup with a complex product and a lean, agile team.

We’ll focus on your ability to apply your skills effectively, adapt to challenges, and contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced, evolving landscape. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with a member of our leadership team, gaining valuable insights into Pinpoint’s vision and direction.
Stage 4

Presentation

For the final step in our process, we will ask you to complete a  paid project and present it during a final interview.

We'll provide you with clear written instructions, ensuring not to occupy a significant amount of your time. As a gesture of fairness and respect for your efforts, we will compensate you for your time.
