We’ll spend time on your motivations, background, and expectations — and ask questions that help us see how you’d thrive in a high-growth startup with a complex, evolving product. We’ll also look for how your approach aligns with the values that guide how we work at Pinpoint.

Hiring Manager
45 minutes with the Hiring Manager.
This stage focuses on an in-depth exploration of your functional expertise as it relates to the role. You’ll be asked to share real-life examples from past experiences that highlight your skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities in relevant scenarios.

Paid Assignment + Panel Interview
A role-specific (paid) project or case study and presentation
This is where you show us how you’d approach real work at Pinpoint. We’ll give you clear written instructions, keep the time commitment reasonable, and compensate you for your effort.

Final
In the final stage of the process, you'll meet with a member of our executive team. This is an opportunity for you to inquire about Pinpoint's long-term plans, current challenges, and the impactful role you're set to play.
We will explore your goals during your time at Pinpoint and assess your ability to thrive in our working environment, emphasizing alignment with our company values.
