Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Initial
30 minutes with our VP of Talent, Mike Bradshaw.
This first conversation is about getting to know you and making sure the basics line up. We’ll spend time on your motivations, background, and expectations — and ask questions that help us see how you’d thrive in a high-growth startup with a complex, evolving product. We’ll also look for how your approach aligns with the values that guide how we work at Pinpoint.

We’ll align on salary expectations, process, and timeline. And of course, you’ll have the chance to ask your first questions and decide if Pinpoint feels like the right environment for you.
- Stage 2
Hiring Manager
60 minutes with our CEO, Tom.
This is a working conversation about implementation at Pinpoint. Tom will set the scene: the constraints we operate under, the size of the team, the fact that implementation is an overhead function, not a billable one, the customer profile, and the kinds of problems we're trying to solve. He'll then ask you directly how you'd approach it.
Tom will then open the floor and answer any questions you have about the business—strategy, finances, customers, team, or his thinking on any of it.
Come with a point of view on how you'd approach the role given what you know so far, as well as the information and inputs you'd need. For the second half, bring any questions you have.
- Stage 3
Leadership Meet
The next step is a 45-minute chat with Paul (Head of CS) and Ellis (our COO). They'll want to learn more about your background and experience, your view on what you've learned so far about the opportunity (what excites you, what you think will be challenging), and we'll leave plenty of time for your questions.
- Stage 4
Paid Assessment
A short, focused project based on a real challenge you'd face as Head of Implementation at Pinpoint. We'll give you clear written instructions, keep the time commitment to around three hours, and pay you for completing it.
Once you've submitted, you'll present your work to a panel.
