Operations Manager
45 minutes with Senior Operations Manager, Libby.
This stage focuses on an in-depth exploration of your functional expertise as it relates to the role. You’ll be asked to share real-life examples from past experiences that highlight your skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities in relevant scenarios.

Assessment
We will ask you to complete a small paid assessment.
We'll provide you with clear written instructions, ensuring not to occupy a significant amount of your time. As a gesture of fairness and respect for your efforts, we will compensate you for your time.

This will be an interview with the COO, Ellis.
