Hiring Manager
45 minutes with the Hiring Manager.
This stage focuses on an in-depth exploration of your functional expertise as it relates to the role. Youâll be asked to share real-life examples from past experiences that highlight your skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities in relevant scenarios.

- Stage 3
Panel
This will be a panel interview with our CEO, CRO, and CTO.
This stage is designed to evaluate how your work history and experience translate into thriving within Pinpointâs unique environmentâa high-growth startup with a complex product and a lean, agile team.

Youâll also have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with a member of our leadership team, gaining valuable insights into our vision and direction.

Assessment
For the final step in our process, we will ask you to complete a project and present it during a final interview.
We'll provide you with clear written instructions, ensuring not to occupy a significant amount of your time. As a gesture of fairness and respect for your efforts, we will compensate you for your time.
