Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Initial

30 minutes with our Head of Talent, Mike Bradshaw.

We’ll cover your experience, your interest in Pinpoint, and how you navigate the kind of fast-paced, high-ownership environment where our most successful hires thrive. We’ll focus less on your resume and more on how you operate—how you learn quickly, take ownership, handle ambiguity, and how your approach aligns with the values that shape how we work at Pinpoint.

As always, we’ll leave plenty of time for your questions and to walk through the process, compensation, and next steps.
Stage 2

Hiring Manager

45 minutes with the Hiring Manager.

This stage focuses on an in-depth exploration of your functional expertise as it relates to the role. You’ll be asked to share real-life examples from past experiences that highlight your skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities in relevant scenarios.

Additionally, this is your opportunity to ask any questions you may have—whether about the role, the team, or the company culture. We value transparency and encourage you to use this time to ensure Pinpoint aligns with your career aspirations and values.
Stage 3

Executive Panel

This will be an interview with our VP of RevOps and CEO.

This stage is designed to evaluate how your work and experience translate into thriving within Pinpoint’s environment—a high-growth startup with a complex product, a lean team, and a customer success motion that relies on structured, scalable engagement over 1:1 handholding.

We’ll focus on your ability to:
  • Use data and signals to prioritize actions across a high-volume SMB portfolio
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (especially with Marketing and RevOps) to drive lifecycle engagement
  • Navigate ambiguity, take ownership, and execute in a fast-paced, evolving landscape
  • Think commercially—tying your work to outcomes like retention, expansion, and revenue impact
You’ll also have the chance to engage directly with our leadership team, ask questions, and get a deeper sense of Pinpoint’s vision, priorities, and what it’s like to build here.
Stage 4

Assessment

For the final step in our process, we will ask you to complete a small writing assignment and present it during a final interview.

We'll provide you with clear written instructions, ensuring not to occupy a significant amount of your time. As a gesture of fairness and respect for your efforts, we will compensate you for your time.

If you’ve got to this stage, we’re all pretty invested in moving you forward and we want to make sure you enjoy working with us, and we enjoy working with you.  Â
