Hiring Manager
45 minutes with the Hiring Manager.
This stage focuses on an in-depth exploration of your functional expertise as it relates to the role. You’ll be asked to share real-life examples from past experiences that highlight your skills and problem-solving abilities in relevant scenarios.

- Stage 3
Executive
This will be an interview with the Chief Revenue Officer, Pete Van Neste.
This stage is designed to evaluate how your work history and experience translate into thriving within Pinpoint’s unique environment—a high-growth startup with a complex product and a lean, agile team.

Final Assignment
As a final step, you will complete a creative project focused on re-engaging closed-lost prospects. You’ll suggest a few outbound tactics to capture their attention, pick one company to research in depth, and prepare a short outbound call script based on your findings.
During the interview, you’ll present your ideas and role-play the call with the team. We’re looking for creativity, commercial thinking, and your ability to personalize outreach in a crowded market.
