Stage 1

Initial Chat

30 minutes with our Head of Talent, Mike Bradshaw.

In this introductory chat, Mike will dive into your job search, your interest in Pinpoint, and provide a brief review of your work history. This conversation will focus on assessing how well you could thrive in our dynamic startup environment and how closely you align with our company values.
Stage 2

Hiring Manager

45 minutes with Global Sales Manager, George Holford.

This stage focuses on an in-depth exploration of your sales expertise. George will ask you to share real-life examples from past deals and scenarios, showcasing your strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities.

You’ll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you have—from clarifications about the role to insights into our team and culture. We value transparency and encourage you to use this time to ensure Pinpoint is the right fit for you too.
Stage 3

Mock Discovery and Demo

We will ask you to conduct a mock demo and discovery call. This is an opportunity for you to get to know our product better, ensure you're confident it's something you believe in (and can sell!), and demonstrate how you would present it to potential future customers.

We’ll provide clear instructions along with helpful resources and promise not to take up too much of your time. If you’ve made it to this stage, we’re all invested in moving forward together. Our goal is to ensure (a) you enjoy working with us and (b) we enjoy working with you.
Stage 4

Executive

This will be an interview with the Chief Revenue Officer, Pete Van Neste.

This stage is designed to evaluate how your work history and experience translate into thriving within Pinpoint’s unique environment—a high-growth startup with a complex product and a lean, agile team.

We’ll focus on your ability to apply your skills effectively, adapt to challenges, and contribute meaningfully in a fast-paced, evolving landscape. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and engage with a member of our leadership team, gaining valuable insights into Pinpoint’s vision and direction.
