Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Initial Chat

This will be a 30-minute conversation with our VP of Talent, Mike.

After getting some context around your background and interest in the role, we’ll dig into a handful of role-specific questions focused on how you work—drawing on past examples, how you think through new or ambiguous situations, and how you’d approach challenges relevant to this role. This isn’t a line-by-line resume walkthrough; it’s about understanding how you operate in a fast-moving, high-ownership startup environment.

We’ll also cover logistics like our hiring process, timeline, compensation, and next steps, and leave time at the end for your questions.
Stage 2

Hiring Manager

30 minutes with Pete.

This conversation is intentionally informal and exploratory. We’ll:
  • Go deeper on how you think about sales leadership, coaching, and execution
  • Share more detail on the team, challenges, and expectations for the role
  • Pressure-test whether this role and stage are genuinely right for you
After this stage, we’ll share a more detailed context deck so you have the same information we do.
Stage 3

Deep Dive

This is a working session with Pete and another senior leader.

Rather than abstract questions, we’ll focus on:
  • Real scenarios drawn from our current sales environment
  • How you’d assess the team, identify priorities, and approach coaching
  • How you’ve handled similar situations in the past — what worked and what didn’t
We’re looking to understand how you operate day-to-day, not to test memorisation or theory.
Stage 4

Panel

You’ll meet a small group of senior leaders from across the business.

This stage is about:
  • How you collaborate cross-functionally (Product, CS, RevOps, Exec team)
  • How you show up as a peer in the room
  • Giving you broader exposure to the people you’d work with closely

This is also a chance for you to ask candid questions about how the company operates.
Stage 5

Onsite

The final stage is an all-day, in-person session with our leadership team.

This is less about formal assessment and more about:
  • Spending real time together
  • Seeing how we work, communicate, and make decisions
  • Making sure there’s strong mutual trust and chemistry
Travel is required for this stage, and we’ll coordinate logistics — and of course cover all costs — well in advance.
