What I do at Pinpoint

I'm the Head of Support at Pinpoint ATS. I lead our amazing support team, making sure our customers get the help they need when they need it. A big part of my job is finding ways to make our processes smoother, keeping our knowledge base up to date, and working closely with other teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Why Pinpoint

Stay curious and don’t be afraid to ask questions! Taking ownership and being proactive can make a huge difference. Also, building good relationships across teams is key — collaboration leads to better results and a much more enjoyable workday.

Who am I?

I started my career in IT support in schools and worked my way over to the private sector after college. I like to stay curious and always look for ways to solve problems. Before this role, I was a Technical Account Manager, and before that an Implementation Consultant. 

Advice for prospective candidates

Be yourself! We’re always looking for people who are eager to learn and aren’t afraid to tackle challenges. Come prepared to share stories about how you’ve solved problems, helped others, or learned something new. And don’t hesitate to ask us questions too — we love candidates who are genuinely interested in what we do.
