What I do at Pinpoint
I’m the Head of Customer Success - UK at Pinpoint. I lead the team responsible for driving customer retention, satisfaction, and commercial growth. I oversee the full post-sales experience from onboarding through to renewal, making sure our customers get real, measurable value from the platform. I’m passionate about building scalable success strategies, supporting and developing my team, and aligning Customer Success with our wider business goals.
Who am I?
I began my career in hospitality, working my way up from pot wash to launching Jamie Oliver restaurants across the UK, and even opening a jazz bar and festival in Soho, London. I’ve worn just about every hat the industry has to offer.
In recent years, I’ve helped scale SaaS and hospitality tech businesses across the UK, US, and Europe, leading UK launches at Mr Yum and iVvy, and driving high growth strategy as UK Managing Director at Bizimply.
