What I do at Pinpoint
My role as Operations Manager touches all of the business: legal and compliance, people ops, process improvements and company strategy, and anything that unblocks and enables the rest of the company.

Who am I?
I have worked in a mix of data analytics, partnerships and sales ops, and special projects roles. In my latest role I got into compliance. I consider myself a jack of all trades and like to get exposure to everything.
I started my career in Microsoft but quickly realised it was not fast paced enough and I wanted exposure to more parts of the business and the ‘engine room’ in start/scale ups.
Advice for prospective candidates
- Be yourself! Pinpoint really encourages people to be themselves in work and seeks out people who are genuine and open.
- Relax! Interviews can be daunting and I've done my fair share of them. I will never try to catch you out in interview, it's just a chat for us to learn more about eachother! In general, Pinpoint is all about putting equipping candidates with as much info to have a great interview.
- All interviews are a two way street, make sure you ask the questions that qualify or disqualify the role for you, no matter how trivial/random they seem
